INFORMATION AND EXPRESS CONSENT TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES PURSUANT TO THE PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698 (“KVKK”)
We, as Bridge Bilişim Teknoloji Danışmanlık Yatırım A.Ş. (“Company”), have prepared this Express Consent and Information Text in order to explain to you which of your personal data we will process and for what purposes, and to obtain your consent for certain processing operations. We declare that we will process your personal data specified below under all circumstances:
- In accordance with the law and honesty rules,
- By ensuring the accuracy and the most up-to-date state of the personal data you share,
- For specific, clear, and legitimate purposes,
- In a manner that is connected, limited, and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,
- By retaining them for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.
WHICH OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Your personal data that may be subject to processing by us, provided that you share it with us or if necessary, are as follows:

| Work Experience Data | Your total experience, employment status and title, work experiences (company names, periods worked, job description) |
| Visual and Audio Data | Your photograph, selfie (video CV) if available |
| Other | Driver’s license data, competencies, hobbies, salary expectation, military service status, reference information (name, surname, title, workplace, phone number, e-mail of the reference person) and any word, excel, presentation files attached to the CV, if any |
FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data specified above are processed for the following purposes, as they are necessary for the establishment of an employment contract within the framework of the legal relationship between the Company and the Employee Candidate:
- Recruiting new personnel, reviewing candidates, and identifying the new candidate to be employed,
- Sharing the notes taken on your resume with the manager so that the manager can better understand and get to know the candidate,
- Confirming the data with the reference persons included in your resume,
- Verifying how well you match the position and saving your resume information for future validation,
- Recording the offer letter we share with you via e-mail in case we need it in the short or long term.
YOUR SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
The information you share with us from time to time may include your special categories of personal data. Within the scope of KVKK, data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing and dress, membership in associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are your special categories of personal data.
Unless we specifically request it from you, we recommend that you do not share your special categories of personal data in your resumes, on your profile page, or during support meetings you conduct with us.
By checking the confirmation box for this express consent text stating “I have read and understood the express consent text. I approve and consent to the processing of my personal data in the manners specified in the text,” you consent to the processing of your special categories of personal data in the following cases:
- Your resume uploaded with your photo, if any, is used by different departments within our Company in accordance with the operational purposes of the relevant departments and shared between departments to ensure that your application can be evaluated, and is processed for the purposes stated above.
- It may be shared with our lawyers when necessary to exercise our right of defense.
Your personal data will be preserved for the periods specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and in any case, for the duration of the statutory limitation periods.
You accept and undertake that you share the data of the persons you indicate as references in your resume or other sources in accordance with the knowledge and consent of the relevant reference person, and that the responsibility for all contrary requests and claims of the reference owner belongs to you.
WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We may share your personal data with the persons you have indicated as references for the purpose of cross-checking with them.

I approve and consent to the processing of my personal data in the manners specified in the text,” you consent to the transfer of your personal data in the cases specified above.
YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, provided that you prove your identity to us in person, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether the Company processes personal data about you, and if so, to request information regarding this,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad.
Your requests included in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
For matters related to the processing of your personal data, you must submit your application to our Company by filling out and signing the application form available on the Company’s internet address, proving your identity in person.
In addition, you have the right to request the Company to correct your incorrect and incomplete personal data and to request that the recipients to whom the data has been or may be transferred be informed.
You may request the Company to destroy (delete, destroy, or anonymize) your personal data within the framework of the conditions provided for in Article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you may request that third parties to whom the data has been or may be transferred be informed about your destruction request. However, by evaluating your destruction request, which method is appropriate will be evaluated by us according to the conditions of the specific case. In this context, you can always request information from us regarding why we chose the destruction method we selected.
You may object to the results of your personal data analysis generated exclusively using an automated system if these results are against your interests.
In the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you may request the compensation of the damage.
Your requests included in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
