  • Ensure preparedness for incidents that may impact critical services and processes, maintaining business continuity and resilience.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities related to the processing, protection, retention, and disposal of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and other relevant regulations.
  • Provide the resources, competencies, responsibilities, and authorities necessary to achieve the objectives of the Integrated Management System.

All employees and relevant stakeholders are expected to understand, support, and contribute to the achievement of these commitments.
